Our classes range from Beginner through to Advanced pole dancing; plus we have a variety of fitness and dance classes on offer such as Anti Gravity Yoga & Fitness.

Beginners Lyra (Aerial Hoop)

In this class you will learn the basics of lyra (aerial hoop). You will be taken through warm up, stretching and conditioning sequences to help you develop the basic skills to get you started on this fun circus apparatus. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to increase their strength and tone the body in an exciting environment. Learn tricks in the air and start to develop a repertoire of circus skills.

Intermediate Lyra (Aerial Hoop)

For those who are ready to take their aerial skills to the next level! Take your skills further and learn new tricks and techniques on the apparatus. This class will revise old tricks, develop your skills further, and improve your flexibility and strength. You must have completed a beginners Aerial Hoop courses before moving into the intermediate level.
